Children aged 18 months to five years are eligible for enrollment at Legacy Kids Academy. The center operates Monday through Friday, allowing children to attend for a 10-hour period between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The following documents must be completed and submitted before enrollment:

  • Child Enrollment Form
  • Tuition Express Electronic Funds Transfer Form*
  • Child Immunization Record
  • Health Statement
  • Policy Agreement
  • Non-Prescription Release
  • Infant/Toddler Supplemental Information Form (if applicable)
A 10% discount is available for families enrolling more than one child, applicable to full-time enrollment only. (School-age full-time includes AM, PM, and no-school days.) A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is required once the director assigns a start date. If a child withdraws and later re-enrolls, a new enrollment fee will be required. Additionally, an annual supply fee of $99 is due at enrollment and every August.

Tuition can be paid through one of two options:

Please note that a minimum 3% processing fee (depending on the credit card company) applies to credit card transactions. Cash and money orders are also accepted.
